Babyscripts has partnered with some United Healthcare Community Plans to offer rewards to patients. Rewards come in the form of digital gift cards. Patients can earn these rewards by completing certain tasks in the app.

Q: How can I register for the myJourney app to start earning rewards?
A: Follow the steps in this article: How to Register for Babyscripts myJourney Through Your Insurance Plan to sign up to the app with your insurance plan.
Q: How do I know if I am eligible to earn rewards in the myJourney app?
A: You may be eligible to sign up for the myJourney app and complete rewards if you are a UnitedHealthcare Community Plan member in one of the following states:
- Arizona
- Colorado
- Florida
- Hawaii
- Indiana
- Kansas
- Kentucky
- Maryland
- Michigan
- Minnesota
- Mississippi
- Missouri
- Nebraska
- North Carolina
- New Mexico
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
- Rhode Island
- Tennessee
- Texas
- Washington
- Wisconsin
If you live in one of these states, have a UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and you are pregnant or recently postpartum, you can start earning rewards* in the myJourney app!
*Rewards subject to eligibility check.
Q: How do I earn rewards in the myJourney app?
A: To earn rewards, you must go to the Tasks section in the MyJourney app and complete the reward-eligible tasks. These tasks will have a gift icon 🎁 so you know they're reward-eligible.
Q: How do I get the rewards or gift cards I've earned in the myJourney app?
A: After you complete a reward-eligible task, a gift card will be sent to your email within 30 days of completing the reward-eligible task in the app. Please make sure to check your spam or promotional folders.
Q: What should I do if I don't receive my rewards after 30 days?
A: If you don't receive your reward(s) via email after 30 days of completing the reward-eligible task(s) in the app, please reach out to Babyscripts Member Support: membersupport@babyscripts.com so we can check on the status of your gift cards.
Q: What kind of rewards / gift cards can I get?
A: As of right now, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members can earn Walmart Health Living Gift Cards.
Please note: Health Living gift cards cannot be used on Optical, Prescriptions, Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms or Ammunition, Items at Register Isles, Electronics, Toys, Seasonal Items, or Jewelry.
Q: How many rewards can I earn?
A: As of right now, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members can earn up to 3 rewards by completing the following reward-eligible tasks in the app (when applicable):
- "Complete enrollment with a pregnancy history assessment"
- "Attend a first trimester prenatal appointment"
- "Attend a postpartum appointment"
Q: Who do I contact with questions about breast pumps, car seats, diapers, and other baby items?
A: Since Babyscripts is only able to assist with questions about the app or about the gift card rewards, we recommend to reach out to United Healthcare Member Services (the number in the back of your insurance card) about this. Babyscripts doesn't handle benefits such as breast pumps, diapers, car seats, and vice versa.
