What is the Connect Assistant app?

The Connect Assistant app is a free mobile app (available on iOS and Android) that can help you set up your Withings cellular device with Wi-Fi connectivity if you have spotty cell signal or are located in a cellular dead zone.

The Connect Assistant app is free to download, and does not require a username or password.

Helpful Tips

Before starting with the Connect Assistant app:

  • Have your Wi-Fi password handy (you will need to enter it as part of the process)
  • Ensure you have a reliable internet connection
  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone

How to Configure Your BP Cuff with Wi-Fi using the Connect Assistant App

  1. Download the "Connect Assistant" app from the App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Once downloaded, open the app and click "Continue"
  3. When asked "Are you part of a remote program?" click "Yes"
  4. When asked to allow the app to find Bluetooth devices, click "Allow"
  5. Click "Set up with your phone"

  1. Select the "Blood pressure monitor" option

  1. When asked "Do you have a Data Hub?" click "No"
  2. From here, continue to follow the instructions in the Connect Assistant app to configure your BP monitor with Wi-Fi!

Once complete, you can take a new blood pressure reading to make sure everything is syncing as it should.
