How to Customize Your Notifications in the App

The Babyscripts myJourney app allows you to customize the types of communications you receive while on Babyscripts. Read below for more information.

Visit the Notifications Settings in the app

The Notifications Settings section is where you'll be able to customize your notifications and communications.

From the main menu, click on Profile > Notification Settings.

You'll see there are three methods of communication you can choose to subscribe or unsubscribe from: email, SMS, and push notification.

Choose the Types of Communication You'd Like to Receive

From the Notifications setting, you can choose which types of communication you'd like to receive.

To unsubscribe from a specific type of communication, simply click the toggle to the left.

Some Communications Come Standard With Babyscripts

You may notice that there are certain types of communications that you can't toggle off. These communications (such as communication from your provider and compliance reminders*) are required while you are on the Babyscripts program.

*Compliance reminder notifications are only active during the duration of your remote monitoring program and will stop once you have completed the program or if you are removed by your provider.
